EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
REPLACEMENT POLICY (FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS):
- Please be aware that the actual colour of our products may slightly vary due to differences in photographic lighting sources and device screen settings.
- If you notice any loose threads on your products, please note that these instances result from human error. As all our products are handcrafted, such errors are not considered manufacturing defects.
- While refunds may not be offered, we have a replacement policy in place, applicable only for incorrect deliveries and genuinely damaged products. We provide a replacement for damaged/incorrect products with a new, undamaged one, covering the shipping expenses for the replacement.
Your purchase is eligible for Replacement under the following conditions:
- Replacement or exchange requests will be entertained only if the customer has accepted an untampered package.
- Please send a photograph of the product clearly showing the damage/incorrect delivery with the subject "Replacement: Order number" to support@aneriindia.com
- The replacement request must be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with no scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent, and in its original condition with the tags intact.
- Made-to-order or custom products are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
- Aneri India reserves the right to accept or reject exchange or replacement requests after inspecting the returned products.

- Exchange or replacement requests will be entertained only if the customer has accepted an untampered package.
- We allow product exchanges solely for size-related issues.
Your purchase is eligible for exchange under the following conditions:
- Please send a photograph of the product clearly showing the product and the size with the subject "Exchange: Order number" to support@aneriindia.com
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs upfront. We will handle the return pick-up for you.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with no scent of perfume, deodorant, or detergent, and in its original condition with the tags intact.
- Made-to-order or custom products are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
- Aneri India reserves the right to accept or reject exchange or replacement requests after inspecting the returned products.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges are not available for any international orders.
